Banner and/or Calendar Sponsorship

The BSHS PTSA Sponsorship Drive includes both Banner and Calendar projects. These projects are described in the Sponsorship Drive Document. The Calendar project is also an integral part of the Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP) being executed at BSHS. Supporting the Calendar Project will improve school-to-home communication, which will hopefully result in an increase in parental involvement at BSHS. Please support the Calendar project!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! You may designate your We Are Bryan Station donation to directly support a group or a project. If you select a project (Banner or Calendar), you will be joining others that have made the same selection and when the sum of your donations reaches a sponsorship level for that project ($100 for a Calendar Ad, $400 for an interior Banner), your "ad hoc" group will be recognized as a sponsor of that project.

Calendar sponsors will receive a "Class Of..." or "Friends Of ..." or "BSHS Faculty/Staff" business card size ad on one of the calendar pages. In other words, if 10 members of the Class Of 1990 donate $10 each to the "Calendar Ad - Class Of ..." project, the names of those 10 individuals will be listed in a calendar ad with the heading: "Class Of 1990".

Interior Banners will be hung in the BSHS gym corridor and have a one year term. Space limitations may preclude listing every contributor to a "Class Of ..." banner, but using the example above, the text: "Class of 1990" would be printed in the sponsor area of the banner design.

When supporting a project, a donor may use the "I am a BSHS..." field to specify a group affiliation, i.e., "Parent-GSoccer" to identify a parent supporting Girls Soccer. The profit from undesignated donations for an "ad hoc" group will be divided evenly among all BSHS groups participating in the Sponsorship Drive. These groups are listed in the "My donation supports..." pull down menu above.
